Kettle Bells are an ancient exercise tool that has been at the heart and soul of Russian sport-strength training for more than a century. Kettlebell classes are on Monday nights 6.30pm and Wednesday mornings 6am.  Everyone at any level welcome.  The instructor will teach the moves and show beginner, intermediate and advanced levels at all times.  Members pay only $30 for 10 classes.  Casuals are welcome. 

 

More classes are being introduced as the demand increases.

 

One on One 30 Minute Sessions:

 

Book in for a one on one Kettlebell training session with one of our qualified trainers.  Ever felt like you just don't have time to train?  Then these sessions are for you.  This fun and time effective way of training will leave you checking when your next session is booked.  Book 5 sessions and pay only $100.00 ($20 per session) or $30.00 for one.
