Get Hit is a program that brings to you high intensity internal training. Its's a training program where you do short bursts of all-out work followed by short periods of active rest.

Tabata training is another type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and includes doing one drill eight times at an ALL OUT effort for 20 full seconds with rest periods of 10 seconds in between. This class format is on Wednesday at 6pm for 30 minutes. A short sharp HIT class, for busy people or those that want a quick high intensity workout.
