Les Mills Classes

Burn 60 

This class will challenge both your anaerobic and aerobic systems, giving you a great full body workout!

The session starts with a 30 minute spin workout in the RPM Studio before moving into the group fitness room for an electrifying 30 minute high intensity interval circuit!  This class caters to a range of abilities, meaning you choose what level to go to!  A fantastic, challenging class to help push you to the next level.  Click here for timetable. 

Round 12

De-stress and revive with this non-contact boxing class!  Our boxing instructors will help teach you correct technique in a safe and encouraging setting.  A full body workout, this class includes fitness circuits and partner workouts with pads and gloves.  Please bring wraps and pads to class if you own them.  Click here for timetable. 

Silver Sneakers

50+ strength and conditioning classes that will improve strength, balance and core for the mature participant.  This class focuses on movements that will improve your functional fitness and confidence in everyday life.  Click here for timetable.
