Hawke's Bay Strength Training System

bysshe blackburn 03A program unique to Bay City Gym - Hawke's Bay Strength Training System (HBSTS) is a program that is flexible and affordable.

The system focuses on developing the foundational human movement patterns we encounter in everyday life, such as the squat, the hip hinge, and the lunge - and getting a sweat on along the way!

Designed to be run in individualized 6 week blocks, you can start anytime, and training windows rather than set times allow for daily flexibility.

Training windows are 6am - 9.30am and 4pm - 6.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 10.30am Saturday.
